Pickering Horse Centre is once again pleased to offer The Equine Canada English
Learn to Ride Program This program is a National Program that rewards all riders for advancing their learning with Certificates of Achievment and Badges. This gives the riders the opportunity to increase their knowledge of horsemanship through theory sessions, clinics and workshops. The Learn to Ride Program is open to all riders. Why should you pursue the English Learn to Ride Programs?
Testing is run through our Horsemanship Club. The Horsemanship Club provides opportunities for students to participate in riding sessions and theory sessions throughout the winter and to improve their riding and horsemanship without needing to complete all the of the testing requirements. There will also be special sessions incorporated into the club for those students who are interested in completing their rider level testing which will focus on reviewing the required theory or riding knowledge. We also are introducing a new P'Tit Trot program this year focusing on sessions for our younger riders.
